Conrad F.J. Clifford

Mr Conrad F.J. Clifford is currently the Regional Vice President for Asia Pacific at the International Air Transport Association (“IATA”) of Singapore. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Singapore Aviation Academy and serves as a Non-Executive Director at the Air Traffic Management Research Institute – an institute jointly established by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University, dedicated to research and development in air traffic management in Singapore.

Prior to joining IATA, Mr Clifford was the Acting Managing Director Of Antrak Air Ghana. In his 40-year career as an aviation professional, Mr Clifford has held a number of leadership and staff positions including Group Chief Executive Officer at Monarch Travel Group, Vice President, UK and Ireland, of Emirates Airlines, Chief Executive Officer at Virgin Nigeria Airways, Director of Commercial Planning and General Manager, Global Strategy and Planning, at Virgin Atlantic Airways and Product and Planning Manager at Cathay Pacific Airways. 

Mr Clifford holds a Master in Business Administration (Honours) from Durham University Business School in the United Kingdom and a Master of Arts (Honours) in Oriental Studies from Corpus Christi College, Cambridge University.
