Singapore, 30 April 2004 - Pursuant to Rule 704(14) of the SGX Listing Manual, the Directors of China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd ("the Company") are pleased to inform that at the tenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today, all the items of ordinary and special business as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 15 April 2004 were put to the Meeting and duly passed.
